Default Infected Mosquito Bites

My son has a few mosquito bites on his legs that look like they have become
infected. The poor boy just picks at the scabs until they bleed again and
again. I have been using Neosporin about three times a day on the bites.
It does not seem to be helping much. Is there anything else I can do? They
look so painful.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you, Leigh. I am going to get some topical Benadryl tomorrow and try
that.

And band-aids, so he can't pick at them (from a long-time picker, with a
few mosquito bite scars :-) ).
