Default Baby poops after every meal

My 10 month + baby poops almost after every meal.
She is generally speaking not very interested in food..she is more
interested in playing and we feed her while she is playing and
distracted. She takes 3 meals of solids and other times formula. Among
solids - i try to give her a balance of veggies, rice/oat cereal ,
fruits. Because of the cereal - she usually gets constipated and needs
to force a lot so doctor advised me giving a pitted fruit alwayslike
apple peach pear.
with that she has proper stool but she poops after almost every meal.
Also this has been recently when I have tried increasing her solids a
little bit. she doesnot refuse it ofcourse while she is playing.
But I am concerned why she poops afetr every meal. her ped says that
its ok..babies often do that.
Please advise.

AFIAW, your ped is right. Babies DO often do that. Adults often do
that too. I see no cause for concern.

You don't mention protein sources.... are you raising your child veggie?
(just curious).

Why does she poop after every meal? Because it's normal. Even her pedi
says so.

That is the sign of a healthy digestive system in both children and
adults. Why is that a concern for you?

Of course, vegetarian babies eat protein too ;-)

Completely normal. My nearly 16 month old goes several times a day,
especially after her huge bowl of porridge in the morning. She eats a lot of
fruit, and as such has not had a solid formed stool since we made the
mistake of giving her too much banana at 6-7 months.
Adults often do the same. Haven't you noticed the urge after having a large
meal, or large glass of water? I'm not sure why you're worried - do you
think she's not having time to digest her food? If so, you don't need to
worry about that. Food takes a couple of days generally to move through the
digestive tract and be eliminated. The bowel movement she produces after
each meal will be well-digested food from previous days, not the meal she's
just eaten.
