Mafia court system

I am a retired legal secretary, State/Federal AFDC employee. What is
going on in a nearby county child support court is beyond my
comprehension.

I know of hundreds of dollars paid thru MOs and tax offsets that have
been 'lost' in this court system. Thru thievery or ignorance??? who
knows???

The court trial hearings are never recorded thus there is no court
transcripts of an hearing.

I have never seen a judge display his/her name while on the bench and of
course you can not read their written signature.

And many of the defendants are now 50 years old and their children in
their late twenties. These defendants have been called into court to pay
back the thousands paid out by the state in food stamps, AFDC, and
medicaid when their children were minors. And the mothers of these grown
children know nothing about these trials. I know story after story that
simply defy logic.

In one case a hand cuffed defendant appeared before the Judge in orange
jail suit. The judged asked him if he smoked. The defendant said
'yes'....then the judge asked, "who buys your cigarettes?'...the
prisoner replied 'my sister'.
In another, the defendant said she didn't work...the judge asked who
paid her rent. "My boyfriend', was the reply. The judge told er to get
a job.
I wonder if I live in Iraq or the US???
