I'm happy to hear that states are campaigning for DHS reform. When we
adequately fund DHS we will see DHS reform. You obviously are a strong
advocate for DHS reform, so I assume you would like more of your tax
dollars to go do this initiative.

Write your representatives at for the state and federal level. Tell
them it's time to protect children. Tell them the time for protecting
children in this country is long overdue. Tell them you will no longer
tolerate underfunded DHS organizations.
