Hslda= Home school legal defense organization.

For those of you who do not know, the Canadian High Court recently

wisely kept
parents intact.

As I predicted.

Hslda has relevant caselaw, and certainly homeschoolers are a very

dedicated,
determined collection of parents who are concerned about their

child's welfare.

The are a paying membership of an organization that cannot even assure
them they can help them unless the most stringent pre-incident
requirements are met, but they still take money. It has made some of
the principles millionaires.

Another group you pimp for maybe?

Check out the connections between the principles and the Christian
Reconstructionists, the folks that want to give you women walking
behind their men, enslaving and killing those that are not CRs and a
brand of child rearing that went out with the Inquisition.

Try the name Rushdoony for a start and then run some of the HSLDA
folks side by side in a search.

And the HSLDA membership doesn't DO anything.

HSLDA leaders have done more to harm independent homeschooling than
even the government. It has SUPPORTEd the creation laws restricting
homeschooling choices, against the express wishes of long time state
homeschool associations. It chareges in where there is a new bill
being considered that is restrictive, and makes deals with the
legislators to ease up in some inconsequential area of the bill, and
then takes credit for having gotten a "better" law for homeschoolers
when the local homeschoolers wanted NO law, and had NO law before the
idiot HSLDA came boppin in.

It is roundly hated by all but a few homeschoolers it's conned into
signing up thinking HSLDA would provide legal advice if CPS came
calling. The cherry pick a few easily won cases and a member with
something tough and complicated can just bend over and kiss their
asses goodbye....HSLDA will NOT defend them.

Even it's application form has a portion that requires a declaration
that you have a "plan" for educating your child. They had to drop,
after a nationwide scream when up among homeschoolers, their
applications "statement of faith" requirement.

And they had a long run of trouble with the government (before their
soul mate extremist Christians got into the white house) with a little
tax exemption filing matter.

A search on HSLDA will show these things and more if you have the time
and the stomach to read up on them.

And an "educational plan" should be a choice for a family, not
dictated by a two bit political lobby that has been invited into the
government because the same crowd is in power in both: The medieval
Lords and little bandit kings in one form or another that believe they
own the planet and it and the people of it were made to serve and
enrich them.

Of course this fits your persona and balogna to a tee.

All overlords need the overseers with whips and cakes, misdirection
and lies, to keep the masses in line. You are employed by them, aren't
you?

A college prof I knew and did a guest lecture for predicted what is
going on right now, back inthe early 1970s: The growing movement of
the capitol goods and resources into the hands of a shrinking
minority. It's even ahead of schedule on what I thought was a
catastrophic consiracy theory nutcase.

He was right, I was wrong.

And you are one of them.
