Tell them the croc's gonna them!

Missing child found in shot croc

Was this your poor attempt at humor? Try telling the joke to the childs
parents.

If they didn't teach the child to stay away from crocs and *not*
*tease* *them*, then the fact that the child is *in* the croc is the
PARENTS' FAULT.

No, this was a successful attempt at humor.

I guess I just failed in seeing the comedy in joking about children being
eaten by a crock.

So your parents never took you to a Punch and Judy show?

Because this is a turnabout on the continuing stories of
sprogs abusing or killing animals.

You can say, "they were just kids being kids," to which I
reply, "yeah, and the croc was just being a croc." The
sprogs wouldn't have been eaten if:
-the sprogs had been taught not to abuse animals,
-the sprogs had been taught to keep out of fenced areas, or
-the sprogs had been more closely supervised by their handlers.
Do you detect a common element here? Anyway, just think of
it as evolution in action.

Or did you mean that the sprog was devoured by a feral
piece of cookware?

.... I've noticed that some people will not listen to reason. And they
won't listen to insanity either, so that leaves them in a predicament.

As much as anything coming out of southern Europe in the 1600s
is, yes. I think the Brits clung to the tradition more strongly,
perhaps because of Dickens' outspoken support for their 'wrong'
humour.

Anyway, joking aside, the serious point to be made by this
tragic story of unneccessary crocadile killing is the one
made by both Brenda and Marten, one I wholeheartedly agree
with.

Any animal which kills defenseless humans in the open should be
eradicated from the earth and otherwise survive only in zoos.

The animals which do this are actually quite small in number
and their culling of the herds can be accomoplished as well
by human hunters, increasing our food supply.

Make the world safe for humans, eradicate all large predators!!

I'd druther make the world safe for predators by
eradicating most of the humans.
