Traveling with Newborns?
wrote in message ... Hiya, I was wondering when is it safe to take a few hour trips with a new born? My wife is due in Nov and were thinking about dribing down to Central CA. We are in Central WA. Its about a 18 hr non stop drive down. Do you think that it is wise or we should wait a while longer? Thanks for your input. Mark EDD 11/03 I was so exhausted when DS was that age there was no way I could last through a trip like that. I would postpone it for her sake. DH wants to do a trip like that when our next child will be about 3 weeks. I told him to go and take DS with him as long as he doesn't feed him potato chips for lunch and dinner everyday. I'd rather stay home with the newborn. |
