Default Conducting a Patient Doctor Relations Survey...Need Participants

Hello Group Members,

As a student at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont,
I am conducting a survey which purpose is to identify gaps in patient-
doctor relations, and to help empower patients in their search for the
right medical professional for their needs. The survey consists of 56
questions, some demographical, others you choose which best describes
your belief.
The only requirement of the survey is your complete sincerity during
question answering.
Your identity remains anonymous.

You can access your survey at http://www.CustomInsight.com/survey/

The survey name is: patientrelations
The survey password is: doctorbrowser

"Cut and Paste" them if you want to.
Thank you for your time,

John Cisar
