"Easier" is not an outcome measure you'll find much information on ;-) You could probably find things on: - duration of labor - maternal satisfaction - use of meds for pain relief - complications of various sorts - likelihood of c-section - likelihood of instrumental delivery - likelihood of tearing and probably some others I'm not thinking of.
