Default Court docs: Father was 'aggravated' when he shook his baby

http://news.newstimeslive.com/storyprint.php?id=85467

Excerpt:

I witnessed my mother be abused by her husband when I was a kid and I also
was on Ritalin for ADHD. I think all of these things stressed me out and put
me in a place that caused me to injure my son."

You can bet your butt that if he gets away with it, that will become the
standard excuse for criminal behavior by all 'rittie tykes' of the 90's.

Gosh. I wonder if that will be Alan Yurko's next excuse for killing a
baby.

Horse****.

Using medications is not an excuse.

More than once it would seem...

"In the affidavit in support of Stella's arrest, Stella told police that
"all of the accidents that happened to my baby were accidental, I never
really wanted to hurt him. There have been times when I hit his head into
cabinets and doors but it wasn't intentional."

yeah right.

After the first couple times this father "hit his (son's) head into
cabinets and doors", don't you think he'd *intentionally* try to be a
little more careful?
