Came from India few months back, Clarification about maternity Cover

Hi ,

We came from India in March 2005. At that time my wife was already in
3rd month of pregnancy. Before coming I confirmed that the group plan
of my company does cover maternity. I was also covered by a similar
group plan in India when I went back in November 2004. Till November
2004 I was covered by the same plan that I am under now in US.

So it is something like this

Till November 18th 2004 - insured in USA with maternity cover
From November 18th till March 1st - Insured in India with Maternity
cover
From March 1st 2005 insured in USA with maternity cover


But now I am getting concerned as to whether there can be any problems
in getting insurance cover for my wife. Can the insurance company apply
the pre-existing condition in this case to deny coverage. Till date I
have not recieved any bills/statement from the insurance company also.
