Need good pregnancy vibes :)

I am three days late for AF. I usually am very regular. My husband
and I have been kicking around the idea of having a kid for a while,
but have not really been trying. I started taking prenatals three
months ago just to be prepared. This morning I stopped by the store
on the way to work and got and EPT test. Got to work and took the
test, there was a very faint line. VERY faint. Hopefully I am
pregnant. Need good pregnancy vibes

Questions, does it really matter if you use the first morning urine?
I will re-test in a couple of days.

Any line is a positive Congrats!!!! For my last baby, I had a pretty much
non-exsistent line. You had to squint to see it or hold it in the light.

No, I dont think so - I never did.

Which could be why you had a very faint line! The pregnancy hormone
that the test picks up is at its strongest concentration in the first
urine of the day.

The only reason you might want to use first morning urine is because there
is a higher concentration of the hormone HcG, and it'll typically be more
accurate or easier to read. Hope you are pregnant!!!

Sounds like good news to me too! Mine was VERY faint so I went and
bought a 3 pack and it got a little darker every time...

Took another test this morning, this time the line was a little
darker. Still faint though. Called my ob/gyn to make an appointment
and they can't see me till Febuary 16th. Ugh. Did a due date
calculator and it estimated due date at Septmeber 27th. That seems so
far away. I guess I need to learn to be patient It has not really
set in though that I am pregnant. I guess I am waiting for the
mid-wife to confirm it. But the nurse said that the HPT are really
accurate. So I guess I am pregnant YEAH!!!!

Any good books to read in the mean time? Lik what to expect when your
expecting.
