Food allergy can be known by existence of the reaction which affects
when someone consumes the certain food. The reaction appearing can be
various. It can be itchy, reddish skin, sneeze, coughing and so on.

The following are probably good advices for us:
What needs to do so you will not contaminate the food allergy?
• Avoid consuming the certain food abundantly, particularly the food
causing allergy. This food is usually from the type of protein like
seafood, eggs and chicken. The abundantly substance sedimentation
