Default Hales Lookup Please

Hi All,

I have a 6 month old son which I'm happily breast feeding without problems.
However I have a need to use a cream called Bayer Mycospor (10g - Bifonazole
10mg, Urea 400mg) topically. Could someone please do a Hales look-up on this
product for me?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Regina.

I'm not seeing it in Hale's, but topical creams are usually not a problem,
as so little is absorbed systemically. Additionally, looking on the
manufacturer's product information, they indicate that it shouldn't be used
in the first trimester of pregnancy, but mention nothing about
breastfeeding. In my experience with other antifungals, they're generally
quite safe, even for use on the nipples.
