clogged duct update/remedy
I followed everyone's advice and I still wasn't getting any relief. I was in
so much pain I was getting worried with what to do. I made a bowl of hot water and Epsom salt and soaked my whole breast in the bowl. I just leaned over into it. It felt so good. It's a miracle. I feel so much better. I can even hold the baby on that side again. Thanks for all the advice. Kris
