I know, for me, my proper ADD medication improves ALL aspects of my mental and physical functioning, including my breathing and sense that my brain is receiving adequate oxygen. When there is an excess of carbon dioxide in your blood -- from insufficient clearance -- the body experienceds anxiety. There are many "downstream" adverse effects from a failure to treat ADD, or any other breathing problem. And yes, all neurological, with other downstream effects ... Very well written, V. Thanks.
