Announcing my new grandson (x-posted)
My new grandson arrived on March 31st.
Mom and baby are doing well. He is 8 lbs 7 oz and 20 1/4 inches. Big guy in comparison to his sister who was only 4 lbs 10 oz when she was born. I was at the hospital for the birth, but she has a c-section, so I didn't get to see the birth as I did with her sister. The important thing is that everyone is well and happy and all of us have now had some time to hold him and talk to him. He's gorgeous, of course. -- Dorothy There is no sound, no cry in all the world that can be heard unless someone listens .. The Outer Limits
