NOTE: I am not anti-vaccination - just anti-MD-failure-to-obtain-informed
consent.

ALSO: I am staunchly pro-immunization.

MDs on the other hand are mostly ANTI-immunization.

MDs are lying by omission, failing to tell pregnant women that if they
breastfeed they manufacture IMMUNIZATIONS which they "inject" with their
breasts daily.

The kicker: Breastfeedings (immunizations) reportedly make
MD-needle-vaccinations work better.

MDs are ignoring a simple method of making both the immunization
(breastfeeding) and vaccination rates skyrocket. (What woman - informed that
she can immunize her baby daily - and possibly make MD-needle-vaccinations
work better - is going to fail to at least attempt to breastfeed/offer her
baby free daily immunizations?)

In effect, in addition to the mass vaccination battery - there is FURTHER
vaccination-related failure of MDs to obtain informed consent - and it
amounts to further mass battery - mass immunologic child abuse.

Hopefully, MDs and RNs will begin reporting it as child abuse.

MDs and RNs generally need to report medical behaviors as child abuse in
order for law enforcement to take note.

Obstetricians are causing asphyxiation perinatally two ways: 1) they are
senselessly closing birth canals up to 30% and 2) they are senselessly
asphyxiating/robbing babies of up to 50% of their blood volume. (These
senseless obstetric robberies are easily prevented. See the postscript.)

At the very least MUMS should be asking MD sponsors to file suspected child
abuse reports if they suspect the asphyxiations to be child abuse. (If MD
sponsors don't suspect senseless asphyxiation of babies to be child abuse, I
would like to hear their reasoning.)

ANYONE can file suspected child abuse reports - as many and as often as s/he
wishes...

MDs (and RNs) generally need to file reports on medical behaviors for law
enforcement to take them seriously; but the MD lies are obvious and it is
possible that MUMS mother and fathers filing the reports could make a
difference.

MD baby asphyxiation is routine; so the filing of suspected child abuse
reports should be routine.

One of the saddest commentaries on organized medicine's attitude regarding
establishing vaccine safety is pediatrician Martin Smith's essay about the
passage of the "National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act,"
published in the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics. [Pediatrics
1988;82(2):264-9]

In his essay, Smith [1988] wrote that "members should be informed of the
necessity that led to the inclusion of some of the provisions in the act as
they now exist."

Specifically, Smith [1988] noted that "many [vaccine] administrators have
not heretofore practiced" reporting adverse events; but that "these
requirements *had to be accepted* in the process of negotiations through the
years - because "Congress had *demanded* the inclusion of the reaction
reporting requirement as a condition to the legislation." (Emphasis added.)

In noting that Congress's adverse reaction reporting requirement will give
"a better epidemiologic store of information," Smith [1988] admitted a key
point: *No one knows "the real facts" about vaccine reactions/vaccine
safety! [Smith M. National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act.
Pediatrics 1988;82(2):264-9]

According to the subsequent National Academy of Sciences vaccine safety
report mandated by the Act, "many gaps and limitations of knowledge
bear...directly and indirectly on the safety of
vaccines...[including]...limit ed capacity of existing surveillance systems
of vaccine injury..." [Howson CP, Howe CJ, Fineberg HV. Adverse effects of
pertussis and rubella vaccines. National Academy Press 1991]

How bad are existing physician surveillance systems of vaccine injury?

Hopefully they are better than they were in 1993 when former FDA
commissioner David Kessler, M.D. reported evidence that physicians fail to
report up to 99% of serious adverse events.
[Kessler DA. Introducing MEDWatch: a new approach to reporting medication
and device adverse effects and product problems. JAMA
(Jun2)1993;269(21):2765-68]

Kessler [1993] said that in spite of the fact that reports from health
professionals are "essential" to ensure safety of medicines, physicians "do
not think to report adverse events."

Also according to Kessler [1993], physician reporting of serious adverse
events "is not in the culture of US medicine" because, as of 1985, only 14%
of US medical schools had required courses in "therapeutic decision making."

The CDC's Vaccine Information Sheet for Measles, Mumps and Rubella
(MMR) states, "As with any medicine, there are very small risks," which
implies that "any medicine" carries "very small risks"

Given FDA commissioner Kessler's statement that one study found that
physicians fail to report 99% of serious adverse events, "any medicine"
might actually be quite risky. *And since the CDC Vaccine Information Sheet
compares vaccine risk with the risk of "any medicine," vaccines might be
just as risky as "any medicine." *Thus the CDC Vaccine Information Sheet
"warning" (that vaccines carry "very small risks") is worthless.

Incidentally, although the courts claim that parents are "warned" about
vaccines, the word "warning" does not appear anywhere on the CDC MMR Vaccine
Information Sheet; nor, incidentally, does the MMR Vaccine Information Sheet
state that some states have "religious" and "philosophical" exemptions.

FDA Commissioner Kessler's 1993 report states, "If an adverse event occurs
in perhaps one in 5000 or even one in 1000 users, it could be missed in
clinical trials but pose a serious safety problem when released to the
market."

Informed consent is indeed a charade.

Informed consent is NOT the standard of care before vaccination.

But Rich says informed consent is always obtained in the emergency room
where he works.

It sounds like at least one emergency room obtains informed consent...

Then again, as noted above, in 1988, upon passage of the National Childhood

MDs are ignoring a SIMPLE way to make the breastfeeding (immunization) and
vaccination rates skyrocket.

What woman, informed that she can IMMUNIZE her baby daily and (reportedly)
make MD-needle-vaccinations work better is going to fail to at least ATTEMPT
to breastfeed/immunize her baby daily?

VACCINE SAFETY: *TRULY BIZARRE FRAUDULENT VACCINATION PROMOTION BY MDs...

One of the saddest commentaries on organized medicine's attitude regarding
establishing vaccine safety is pediatrician Martin Smith's essay about the
passage of the "National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act,"
published in the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics. [Pediatrics
1988;82(2):264-9]

In his essay, Smith [1988] wrote that "members should be informed of the
necessity that led to the inclusion of some of the provisions in the act as
they now exist."

Specifically, Smith [1988] noted that "many [vaccine] administrators have
not heretofore practiced" reporting adverse events; but that "these
requirements *had to be accepted* in the process of negotiations through the
years - because "Congress had *demanded* the inclusion of the reaction
reporting requirement as a condition to the legislation." (Emphasis added.)

In noting that Congress's adverse reaction reporting requirement will give
"a better epidemiologic store of information," Smith [1988] admitted a key
point: *No one knows "the real facts" about vaccine reactions/vaccine

According to the subsequent National Academy of Sciences vaccine safety
report mandated by the Act, "many gaps and limitations of knowledge
bear...directly and indirectly on the safety of
vaccines...[including]...limit ed capacity of existing surveillance systems
of vaccine injury..." [Howson CP, Howe CJ, Fineberg HV. Adverse effects of
pertussis and rubella vaccines. National Academy Press 1991]

How bad are existing physician surveillance systems of vaccine injury?

Hopefully they are better than they were in 1993 when former FDA
commissioner David Kessler, M.D. reported evidence that physicians fail to
report up to 99% of serious adverse events.

Kessler [1993] said that in spite of the fact that reports from health
professionals are "essential" to ensure safety of medicines, physicians "do
not think to report adverse events."

Also according to Kessler [1993], physician reporting of serious adverse
events "is not in the culture of US medicine" because, as of 1985, only 14%
of US medical schools had required courses in "therapeutic decision making."

The CDC's Vaccine Information Sheet for Measles, Mumps and Rubella
(MMR) states, "As with any medicine, there are very small risks," which
implies that "any medicine" carries "very small risks"

Given FDA commissioner Kessler's statement that one study found that
physicians fail to report 99% of serious adverse events, "any medicine"
might actually be quite risky. *And since the CDC Vaccine Information Sheet
compares vaccine risk with the risk of "any medicine," vaccines might be
just as risky as "any medicine." *Thus the CDC Vaccine Information Sheet
"warning" (that vaccines carry "very small risks") is worthless.

Incidentally, although the courts claim that parents are "warned" about
vaccines, the word "warning" does not appear anywhere on the CDC MMR Vaccine
Information Sheet; nor, incidentally, does the MMR Vaccine Information Sheet
state that some states have "religious" and "philosophical" exemptions.

FDA Commissioner Kessler's 1993 report states, "If an adverse event occurs
in perhaps one in 5000 or even one in 1000 users, it could be missed in
clinical trials but pose a serious safety problem when released to the
market."

Informed consent is indeed a charade.

Informed consent is NOT the standard of care before vaccination.

But Rich says informed consent is always obtained in the emergency room
where he works.

It sounds like at least one emergency room obtains informed consent...

Then again, as noted above, in 1988, upon passage of the National Childhood
Vaccine Injury Compensation Act no one knew "the real facts" about vaccine
reactions/vaccine

I take very seriously the fact (alluded to above) that the Founder of
Chiropractic regarded education as chiropractic adjusting.

(I mentioned "psychic" (educational) irritation of the nervous system when I
wrote the definition of chiropractic for the world's most widely read

Obstetricians are senselessly closing birth canals up to 30% as they pull
with hands, forceps and vacuums...

Sometimes they pull so hard they rip spinal nerves out of tiny spinal cords.

Some babies die, some babies get paralyzed - most "only" have their spines
gruesomely wrenched.

ALL spinal manipulation is gruesome with the birth canal closed the "extra"

Obstetricians are slicing vaginas and abdomens en masse -

With MD-obstetricians lying to cover-up chiropractic (spinal manipulation)

I confine my practice of chiropractic mostly to education of pregnant women
- i.e. - I confine myself to that huge mostly unpracticed aspect of
chiropractic that anyone may practice licensed, degreed or not...

I stopped paying for (voluntarily forfeited) my chiropractic license after I
was told^^^ that telling women that obstetricians are closing birth canals
the "extra" up to 30% is outside the scope of chiropractic practice in
California.

attorney for the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners. *Years later, I
was SUED by a man calling himself Michael Schroeder who was once an attorney
for the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners. *

As attorney for the California Board of Chiropractic Examiners, this latter
Michael Schroeder in effect helped 10 MD-obstetricians et al. judicially
rubberstamp a regulation (Rule 302, written by Attorney Schroeder) which
explicitly forbids Calif. chiropractors from severing umbilical cords.

I think Attorney Schroeder and the 10 MD-obstetricians et al. did not want
severing umbilical cords within the chiropractic scope of practice because
that would make chiropractors experts in courtrooms in regard to umbilical
cord clamping/cutting...

I think MD-obstetricians are terrified that this chiropractor is
persistently pointing out that MD-obstetricians are asphyxiating babies,
denying them umbilical cord oxygen - forcing them to breathe through their
lungs before they are ready - and in the process robbing babies of up to 50%
of their blood volume.

The obstetricians' mass baby asphyxiation/mass baby blood robbery is
happening to EVERY CESAREAN BABY - and in most "cord blood banking" births -
according to George Malcolm Morley, MB ChB FACOG...

Incredibly, instead of reporting this obvious child abuse, Dr. Morley
encouraged obstetricians to TEMPORARILY asphyxiate babies - to help them
demonstrate to themselves that they should not be robbing babies of up to
50% of their blood volume.

It's been two years - I've asked the Board a few times - no answer yet...

I am in favor of pardons in advance for MDs. As medical students, MDs are

Ordinary citizens can and should report these obvious felonies as SUSPECTED
