Default When do you stop leaking?

Alena's almost 13 weeks old, and I'm still leaking all the time!
I'm getting to the point that I just don't care, and if I'm at home, I go
bra-less.
I've also been dealing with super-letdown lately. I don't know why really,
but what can I do to stop it? (It's bad enough to spray across the room
when she's nursing on one side!)

My DS is 7.5 months old and I still really leak from the free breast while
feeding him from the other. For this reason, I always wear nursing pads
during the day (to avoid wet spots on my clothes). At night, I just hold a
cloth on my opposite breast while he eats so I can go bra-less.

I finally stopped wearing pads around 9mo pp. NOT what you want to
hear, I'm sure.

I continued to leak from the other side while nursing, the whole 14
months that DD bf'd. After several months, at least it got to be little
enough that I could wear one pair of the re-usable cloth bra pads all
day, rather than plow through the disposable ones. I'm not sure about
the super-letdown question. As a guess, maybe Alena's recently had a
growth spurt (isn't 12 weeks a typical time for one?), and has now
spaced out her feedings a bit more, so by the time she's ready to eat
again your breasts are extremely "full" and the increased pressure
causes the milk to flow faster. I would guess that it will
self-regulate in a few days, as your body adjusts to her new feeding
pattern. In the meantime, I believe that if you gently press on the
leaking nipple, directly towards yourself, it will help stop the milk
flow.

Everyone is different, though 3-5 months is usual, I hear. I think it took
me 5 months to stop having lots of spontaneous letdowns, and after that, the
leaking tapered off. Now my breasts leak only if they are very full. Ds is
almost 10 months old.

I have a cousin who complains of leaking for the first 12 months.

I don't think I'm exactly in the normal range, but at 10 1/2 months, I'm
still leaking and spraying across the room.
