Blebs?
Can they show up on the areola as well? I have a few of them if so...

FWIW, I've had one or two sharply painful "things" on the areola, but they were sort of like cysts and when I emptied them (just squeezed them after a bath when I realised there was a) a pore and b) stuff in it causing it to hurt) they were gone by the next day. (Not sure if that's what you have. And areolas often have little lumps and bumps on them, which is normal, afaik, so don't get too rigorous if you decide to try this.)
