You're wasting time again, Don!

LOL, your the most fun out of all of you. (a magnificent ****) No
worries though, I understand you are just doing your "duty".

Which title do you prefer, Public Servant OR Bureaucrat?

public servant noun a government official.

bureaucrat |'byoor??krat| noun an official in a government department.
. an administrator concerned with procedural correctness at the
expense of people's needs.

FYI: I have reported your spamming this thread. Your repetitiously
claiming I am spamming with no basis whatsoever, IS SPAM in itself.

snicker How do you have time to report spamming when you are so busy
helping all the people who have signed up for your services from reading
this thread?

My guess is he lurked here long enough to extract some useful information,
then set up a site and tried to spam the group hoping to sell the info back
to us or newbies who stumble in
looking for help. Gee! Now I can't pull his site up. Anyone else? Shucks, I
was hoping to report him for IPL.

If it weren't your site, you wouldn't be defending it or spamming

this
group, unless you are just a complete fool.
The purpose of this newsgroup is to engage in dialog and support for

those
dealing with the system. Many of us have been here
for years and have extensive experience and legal research in family

law. We
work for free and don't take kindly to spammers
who try to take financial advantage of NCPs already broke from the

system.
Now, if you have information to share freely, feel
free to share it by engaging in meaningful dialog with the group.

Otherwise,
peddle your crap elsewhere. So come on, Don--Tell
us how to get arrears reduced. Oh yeah, it must exclude negotiating

with
the
CP, mathematic/posting errors, and such. We already know about
those. See, if you aren't willing to post *real info* here, you are

a
spammer and a parasite of NCPs, no better than CPs, the courts, and

CSE.

To directly answer the question for you about arrears. Federal Law
prohibits "interest", each state ignores this law until pointed out by
the payor.

So if Federal law prohibits interest, please explain why the Federal
definition of child support found at Title 42 chapter 7 Subchapter IV

Part D
Section 659 (i) (2) includes "interest and penalties."

People do win this way. Another important part to

consider is the fact that BOTH parents are responsible to support the
child/children. The system currently only goes one way, and is
UNCONSITITUTIONAL. Read the 14th amendment if you want to know more.
(or you could just spend the 20 bucks and get personal help, some
people consider their time valuable because they offer what they
believe to be valuable services)

CS is not unconstitutional and has nothing to do with the 14th

Amendment.
The equal privileges and immunities clause in the 14th Amendment

scrutinizes
benefits in the form of privileges and immunities given to a particular
class by the Federal government rather than discrimination against a
particular class.

I apologize for not making myself more clear the first time. LOL, you
seem to know your law. Why wouldn't you have offered up this
information. : FEDERAL LAW STATES NO INTEREST from the ORIGINATING
STATE

You've got this concept backwards. The Full Faith and Credit clause in the
Constitution requires states to honor actions taken by other states.

That includes interest on arrearage CS amounts on interstate CS orders
calculated by another state.

Some states (like mine) chose to not calculate interest on their own orders,
but will collect interest calculated by other states or by the obligee.
(This latter obligee option requires a hearing to set the interest amount.)
The interest is added to the amount due before a file is closed. The
interest does not appear in the billing records until it is added at the
end.

If it is really gone, so much the better. Is he trying to earn money to pay
his child support each month? Or does he just figure that taking money from
people who are already struggling is a moral thing to do?
