What to take for a cold

I know this has probably been asked dozens of times before, but is
there anything I can take for a cold. Seems to be mainly sinus so far
though nothings to say if won't settle in the chest. If nothing else,
could I take some halls throat losanges.

My OB said I could take Sudafed, Tylenol, lots of fluids and rest. I
don't know about the Halls.

I took Sudafed and Tylenol. Since the Halls lozenges are mostly sugar
and menthol flavoring, they should be okay. A warm mist humidifier is
also helpful.

I remembered another -- saline nasal spray. It's gross, but it really
helps! A humidifier is a big help, too.

halls is on my list of ok to take just cant take too many of them.

Thanks all. I have been using a humidifier and some nasal spray at
night but nothing else at this point. I will also try the other
suggestions to get some relief.
