I would agree that Paul Connett, PhD is a "National leader."

Paul is definitely engaging in a huge lie of omission.

MAYBE Paul is a traitor - maybe not.

Hopefully he is just horribly embarrassed that I called a huge omission to
his attention.

Hopefully he will eventually speak out about it.

WHAT IS PAUL'S HUGE LIE OF OMISSION?

Paul calls fluoride a "cumulative poison"...

So far so good.

Paul asks (repeatedly) in his famous 50 REASONS essay whether mass
medication without consent is ok...

Mass medication without consent is NOT ok.

Paul remains silent about the fact I pointed out to him - common law
indicates that medication without consent is a CRIME - battery. (See THOR
quoted below.)

Paul remains silent about the fact that QUILES attorney Doug Balog - citing
QUILES - told me fluoridation is NOT a crime.

Paul remains silent about the QUILES faucet fraud - which I only found out
about when Paul referred me to QUILES attorney Doug Balog...

Paul only referred me to QUILES attorney Doug Balog when I persisted in
asking Paul why he was silent about the fact that common law indicates that
medication without consent is a crime..

Paul initially said he was silent because there was no money for attorneys.

I noted that there are FREE ATTORNEYS to prosecute crime - they are called
district attorneys.

THAT'S when Paul put down the phone and came back with the email address for
QUILES attorney Doug Balog - who - when I emailed him - cited the QUILES
faucet fraud case - and assured me that fluoridation is NOT a crime...

That's when I took the time to read the QUILES decision and found the QUILES
faucet fraud.

For readers who are not aware of the QUILES faucet fraud...

In 2002 the Fluorida Supreme Court rubberstamped the QUILES notion that
fluoridation is not medication because Florida cities intend to fluoridate
FAUCETS, not bloodstreams.

website and his FAN CAMPAIGN BULLETINS to urge people everywhere to ask
their district attorneys to stop the water-poisoning crime.

It is time to enlist LAW ENFORCEMENT (free attorneys) in the drive to
extinguish the slow-burning fluoride chemical fire in our drinking water...

The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993 case of Daniel
Thor v. The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

KEY POINT: Because mass medication with fluoride/hydrofluoric acid is done
without consent - it's mass battery even if fluoride/hydrofluoric acid is
good medicine.

Hydrofluoric acid chemically BURNS - even single molecules of the poison
burn - it is obviously NOT good medicine.

From the Pinellas Citizens for Safe Water website comes this 1998 quote from
EPA scientist William Marcus, PhD (who got fired by EPA but who sued and got
his job back)...

IMMEDIATELY at a specific coffeeshop in Clearwater, FL (I am in Oregon!) so
he could show me his lawsuit. I was to call him on his cell phone -
IMMEDIATELY. He made no mention of the $100 I publicly offered him after
Clay contacted me. Maybe Tom doesn't read the list? Maybe Clay didn't tell
Tom about the $100 I offered him? I wished Tom luck with his lawsuit but I

Virginia, I think the Clay and Tom show is - wittingly or unwittingly - a
DIVERSION.

Yeah, go for mass battery with the pure stuff with Tom Nocera¹s lawsuit -
and hope that Pinellas County can¹t afford the pure stuff.

But what if that ³pure stuff² strategy was ³canned-in-advance² to give
anti-fluoride protesters something ³constructive² to do to keep their minds

True - Paul isn't local - but Paul did fob me off on QUILES attorney Doug
Balog - who is having a local effect - via QUILES.

ALSO LOCAL: After I QUOTED Atty Balog indicating to me that fluoridation is
not a crime - you told me that Atty Balog DOES think it is a crime!

You never explained your "local" logic about Atty Balog.

Could you explain it now?

When a crime is occurring, the way to make a record is to report the crime.

It's free. Everyone can do it.

I think it would most impactful if Pinellas Citizens for Safe Water/CSW took
two votes:

1. QUILES notwithstanding, should Pinellas CSW officially declare the mass
medication without consent a crime?

2. QUILES notwithstanding, should Pinellas CSW report the crime to law
enforcement?

I'm assuming that both motions would pass; though even if they didn't THAT
would be useful.

Assuming both motions pass, when you report the FLUORIDE/HYDROFLUORIC ACID
part of the crime to the DA - you can also mention Tom's civil protest of
the LEAD/ARSENIC part of the crime - and thereby simultaneously further
support Tom's lawsuit.

When you do this, you can report the action to Paul Connett, PhD so that he
can use his FAN CAMPAIGN BULLETIN to urge anti-fluoride groups nationwide to
report to THEIR district attorneys.

It's time to bring FREE ATTORNEYS - district attorneys - into the loop.

Single molecules of Fluoride/Hydrofluoric acid BURN - and KEEP burning until
they use up the body's calcium.
