Great forum on how fluoride is bad for newborns.

(I-Newswire) - Dr. Mark Steinburg and chiropractor Terry Poth discussed
the health risks of fluoride in a public forum at The City Club on
August 24, 2005. The Bellingham forum was entitled "Fluoridation: Bane
or Boon?." Presenting the fluoridationist view was Curtis Smith and Ken
Gass. A central issue in the forum was the dental fluorosis rate that
city residents could expect should the city be fluoridated and the
higher rate of bone fractures present in elderly residents who ingest
fluoride.

Another central issue at the forum was deciding who should make the
decisions as to medication each Bellingham resident takes. Dr. Poth
stated that individuals should make the decision as to the medicine
each person takes and that it was unethical to forcibly medicate
someone under current medical ethics without their permission.

The forum was moderated by Gerald Pumphrey who is the president of
Bellingham Technical College.
