Default private arrangements to pay?

hi there, I have a job that has fluctuating rates of pay, due to being at
sea for periods if time, and am trying to work out a workable private
arrangement to pay my greedy ex, as the IRD mob really **** you over in this
type of situation(and any other) They are hell unorganised, and ...well I
shall not start on that...If anyone has been in this situation, and has
worked out a workable arrangement please could you let me know the gist of
it, or anyone who has any good ideas....obviously, it must be suitable for
her, also, or the greedy pig will not opt to take it. Although I live in
oz, my kids live in nz, and are therefore subject to your rules...I can be
emailed at any feedback welcomed..
