f by welfare you mean the government doling out the check, you’re right.
If however, you want to change these mothers into productive members
of society, what’s changing the name on the top left corner of the check
going to do? Besides, I thought that child support was for the child;
how does that keep the mother off welfare? Isn’t the mother keeping her
money separate from that of the kid?

By the way, thanks for the Dauphin County leech patrol for alerting me
to another list. Nine men, zero women, and some figures that make me
think Dauphin County is banking. We’ll discuss that later.
