The body converts these to glucose, which, in excess, is just as dreadful as eating too much sugar. In either case, the return of hunger within a short period is real typical, as are the shakes & the headaches. If your blood sugar levels turn out to be normal, I'd recommend small, frequent protein or veggie snacks. It may help. Good luck to you. |
