Ah ha! A topic I can speak to, at least a little --
I second the suspicion about blood sugar levels. You may not be diabetic,
you may be hypoglycemic instead. Either way, it could be that an insulin
imbalance is at work.

I'm curious -- what are you eating? Lots of carbs? The body converts these
to glucose, which, in excess, is just as dreadful as eating too much sugar.
In either case, the return of hunger within a short period is real typical,
as are the shakes & the headaches.

If your blood sugar levels turn out to be normal, I'd recommend small,
frequent protein or veggie snacks. It may help.

Possibly it could be hyperthroidism too, might be worth checking out.
