Default hi, I'm back

I quietly snuck out of here last summer and oozed over to m.k.p. DD was
persuaded to give up that last bedtime nursing because at 5 month's
pregnant it was making me nuts :*)

The new little nurseling, Margaret, was born Dec 5 at 9 lbs 6 oz. Boy
things are much easier when at least one of the two of us knows what we're
doing - no supplements or contraptions, milk came in on the third day
despite the c-section, no jaundice, all going well. woohoo!

Congratulations, Liz! Way to go! Welcome to little Margaret!

How old is DD#1 now? I hope she's enjoying her new sister.

She's just 2 1/2. She's excited about the baby, gives us endless status
reports. "baby sleeping" "baby awake" "baby drinking mommy's milk". Over
and over again. She's also getting the idea that things have changed and
not necessarily for the better for her, she's showing signs of insecurity,
we're trying to give her the extra attention but it's tough with a newborn
in the house.
