PHILIPPINES FIRST TO BAN ASPARTAME

Thanks to Mission Possible Spain for this incredible news. The Philippine
Congress has prohibited the importation or the use of aspartame, punishable
by heavy fines. Below are the English and Spanish.

We hope the Philippine government and physicians will record the cessation
of diseases when aspartame is removed. For example, aspartame triggers
seizures and they will be able to document consumers whose seizures were
triggered by aspartame who become seizure free. Aspartame interacts with
all drugs and vaccines. Mothers will birth healthy children free from
autism and other aspartame birth defects. See the list of 92 symptoms on
dorway.com. Aspartame breaks down to diketopiperazine, a brain tumor agent
and triggers psychiatric and behavioral problems so many with these
symptoms can now recover.

In 1986 the Community Nutrition Institute petitioned the FDA to ban
aspartame because of the seizures and blindness it causes but FDA refused.
It causes macular degeneration, optic neuritis and blindness. The late
Morgan Raiford M.D., ophthalmologist and specialist in methanol toxicity,
wrote that victims if warned in time while their vision is in the wet stage
can recover their sight. So the Philippines also have this benefit to look
forward to, the return of sight. The methanol from aspartame converts to
formaldehyde and formic acid in the retina and destroys the optic nerve.

Joint pain, memory loss and headaches will diminish. Aspartame can
precipitate MS. We look forward to Philippine victims walking out of
wheelchairs. One victim in the US was Cori Brackett who with her husband
produced Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World. Cori was diagnosed with MS and 8
months later, off aspartame, her large brain lesion was all but gone.

There is international alarm over epidemics of obesity and diabetes.
Aspartame not only can precipitate diabetes but also simulates and
aggravates diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy. It causes diabetics to have
convulsions and even interacts with insulin. Aspartame
(NutraSweet/Equal/Spoonfu/Equal/E951, Benevia). also causes weight gain
because it induces carbohydrate craving. The Trocho Study in Barcelona
shows the formaldehyde converted from the free methyl alcohol embalms
living tissue, and damages DNA. There is great toxicity in the liver and
substantial amounts in the kidneys, brain, and in adipose tissue or fat
cells.

Having worked with the Philippines in the past, we congratulate this
intelligent action to remove this poison. Stephen Fox, Mission Possible New
Mexico, works with Heads of State. Those wanting to ban in other areas can
get SB 498 and HB 391 from the web site of the Santa Fe Legislature. Viva
