Just as NOT ONE STATE has passed the Federal Audit Review of its policies,
procedures and outcomes, most likely NO FAMILY in the United States would PASS
an exacting review of their family practices.

Do you smoke around your kids? Well, even if you do it on the porch--that's
child abuse.

Do you leave dishes in the sink till you have a full load for your dishwasher?
You're an inept housekeeper.

Doesn't your kid complete his homework? You are emotionally abusing the child
by not TEACHING HIM WHAT HE NEEDS TO KNOW.

Does your School District issue parents grades on report cards? The Chicago
and now the Philly sd will now grade parents on the child's behaviors? Is he
prepared for school? Does he lay his head down on desk, b/c he is fatigued?

Where are his sharpened pencils? Do parents promptly return signed school
notices?

Beware...families....there's always something a BUREAUCRAT CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT.
