Default toddler biting

Ollie's started biting while nursing. He did it before when he was a
little baby, and I managed to get him to stop by pulling him into my
breast. Now he's 17 months old, and I don't think that will work. He's
been nursing less frequently lately, which makes sense, but it's still
important to him before and after going to sleep (naps and at night)
and once or twice during the day.

It's not so much painful for me as it is upsetting -- he gives a big
grin after doing it. I've explained that it hurts mama and that he
shouldn't bite. I've left the room. I've lost my temper and shouted.

Advice?
