CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES SUIT OVER L.I. HOUSE OF HORRORS: fatherwho uncovered a filth-filled house of horrors....
SUIT OVER L.I. HOUSE OF HORRORS By KIERAN CROWLEY http://www.nypost.com/seven/05242007... n_crowley.htm May 24, 2007 -- The father who uncovered a filth-filled house of horrors on Long Island where his ex-wife and their three kids were living has filed a notice of claim against cops and social workers for ignoring his warnings that the children were in an unhealthy environment. Ray Young Jr., 42, filed the notice preserving his right to sue, which could turn into a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against the Suffolk County Police and Social Services Department. In February, Young twice alerted cops that he believed there was no heat or hot water at the Lindenhurst home where his wife Deborah Young, 47, lived with their three daughters, the legal papers charge. But Young says he was told by cops that the complaints were for social services to investigate. Young said he then called the Child Protective Services and was told that workers would investigate within 24 hours. But the child-welfare workers, the papers say, never went to the home. Young broke into the house on Feb. 14 - and found a putrid mess, including bottles of urine. CURRENTLY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES VIOLATES MORE CIVIL RIGHTS ON A DAILY BASIS THEN ALL OTHER AGENCIES COMBINED INCLUDING THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY/CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY WIRETAPPING PROGRAM.... CPS Does not protect children... It is sickening how many children are subject to abuse, neglect and even killed at the hands of Child Protective Services. every parent should read this .pdf from connecticut dcf watch... http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com/8x11.pdf http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com Number of Cases per 100,000 children in the US These numbers come from The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect in Washington. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a bunch of social workers. Kane, caseworkers were not refused entry.
They never even went there. That implies that if he did offer them entry they would not be interested. Of course, ownership does not grant a landlord the right to invade or throw away tenants rights against an illegal search. Basic constitutional rights do at times protect criminals. This does NOT justify throwing away constitutional rights in general. If the agency had made some effort, couldn't they have subpoena'd utility records and obtained further court subpoenas or a legal search warrant? He's a liar. And he runs interference for child abusers, rather like you. Abusers or ""neglecters"" as proven under a sub-par court? Are you talking about the 85% that are accused not of abuse but of neglect? If the Child Protection INDUSTRY depended for it's existance on only the cases of actual abuse, they would dry up. Kane, try all you want to exaggerate the broad category of neglect into being Abuse. Defend your lie because it's ethical and moral TO YOU. At least when the tobacco industry presented their bogus research they concealed the fact it was THEIRS. How effective would it have been during that time if it was disclosed that they had PAID for the ""research""? I just LOVE research from and for the Child Protection INDUSTRY! I'm just looking at the aspect of how more funding for DFS is at issue in most cases, and yet you, in your infinite wisdom, have expectations of expensive legal work to find if they even have a case. Pray tell, who might pay for that? And where might the funds come from to pay for it? LOL |
