Default ob/gyn recommendation in Kansas City

Hello everyone! I have read this newsgroup for many years and gained
valuable information. Now I need some help and hope someone is from
my area. After the birth of my first child I had to switch doctors
due to an insurance change. I became pregnant unexpectedly this year
and have visited 2 doctors during this pregnancy and am so frustrated
with the care I have received. I'm looking for a recommendation for
an ob/gyn in the Kansas City, MO area. If you know of anyone in the
area, please let me know and I will see if they are on my insurance
plan.

TIA
CiCi

Hi CiCi! I don't know how much help I'll be, but here goes. I'm in the
Kansas City area and I really like the ob/gyn I see. Her name is Dr.
Cobbinah and she's with the Associated Women's Care group. The only problem
with this recommendation is she's expecting her first child sometime this
month and will be on maternity leave until after the first of the year. I
haven't seen much of the other doctors in the group, just an appointment or
two so I could meet them in case they were the doctor on call when I went
into labor. But they all seem real nice too. They have offices in Raytown,
Lee's Summit, and Blue Springs. Hope this helps a little bit!
