Tell me this is not true - re - twins
"Kari" wrote in message ... Sophie - With Xander I was STARVING by 3 weeks. I ate and ate until about week 6 or 7 when the morning sickness kicked in. With Noah, I never got morning sickness and just kept on eating, lol I can't remember with Kaylie, I think it was a mix kind of in between. After this time around, I really believe people now when they say each pregnancy is different. I had 3 completely different pregnancies, I swore I was having twins this time around too! (because of the starving in the beginning and the awful morning sickess after) Kari Mom to Kaylie (7) Noah (4) and Xander (7 weeks) Ooohhh I don't want *really bad* morning sickness. Lol. I do want to stop being hungry 24/7 though. I wonder if we're so hungry cos our body knows what's next - all that nausea. Well I won't even attempt to guess the gender of this one after the tricks Lewis played on me - lol. |

Did you have morning sickness with any of the other 3? Well I won't even attempt to guess the gender of this one after the tricks Lewis played on me - lol. Tell me about it. Even though I felt boy all along with Xander, I had been wrong on my instincts the first 2 times. Not to mention *everyone* told me we were having a girl. So, you are probably leaning towards a girl this time, eh? I know that I am really really hoping #4 is a girl but I'd actually be suprised to have anything other than boys now. Just my gut feeling. Did you have morning sickness with any of the other 3? Oh yeah. I only threw up with Charlotte, but I lost weight with Patrick. Kari I thought I felt boy with Patrick cos that was what I wanted. I have no idea why I was so sure Lewis was a girl. I think I feel girl this time cos it's what I want (and www.chinagold.com says it is - lol). I know I won't be able to help but make a guess after I'm told the heart rate at my first appointment - lol. |

No, isn't it the opposite -- that women with twins *more* morning sickness, because of the extra dose of hormones? I'm sure I read that twins often come with worse and longer m/s. ROFL about the triplets comment! You've always said that #4 would be twins just to screw you guys up, right? Madame Sophie strikes again... Hey, how come Madame Sophie can't predict her own gender? Is your feeling for me (another girl) still holding strong? Mary S. mom to the Sproutkin, 20 months (and hoping for another) |

It's not true that pigging out at the beginning of a pregnancy, instead of
having morning sickness, is a sign of twins gulp is it?? I suppose twins might lead to more pigging out, but it's not true that pigging out invariably means twins. :-) I gained as much weight in my first trimester with DS than in the second and third combined, because I was both ravenous all the time and feeling exhausted all the time. So I pigged out and didn't exercise. :-) I had some nausea but it was almost always alleviated by eating something. :-) DS was not, of course, twins. Holly Mom to Camden, 2.5 yrs |

You've always said that #4 would be twins just to screw you guys up, right? Madame Sophie strikes again... I know! My mom was one, her mom had sister who were twins - yikes! Hey, how come Madame Sophie can't predict her own gender? My radar for myself is too tired - lol. Is your feeling for me (another girl) still holding strong? Mary S. mom to the Sproutkin, 20 months (and hoping for another) Yep, another girl |
