Basic question regarding the emergence of people

Before addressing raising some basic views has to be addressed.

Basic questions:
Are people temselves responsible for getting born? Are their parents
responsible? Or some external part like god? Is birth totally
arbitrary and thus no specific cause or responsibility. Are reasons
like sex desires that the parents feel alienated to but indulging in
the cause? Can the born be just a body with basic senses with raising
determining the character of the emerging person.

I can develop the answer for each of the above questions but first I
want to hear others conclusions. The cases listed above are some of
what I have read and experienced.

Before you "develop" answers for the above question you might want to
