Default need a printer to support your kids? a story of struggle on CS

Check out this I found on a blog...

Some questions to ask ourselves?

1. Do you think the ex-husband also has a "printing label" business
and when he runs out of ink or it stops working, the state allows him
to no longer support his children?
2. What exactly does a young woman do all day if she has no printer
and the kids are in school? (I know one is 4, which more than likely
would entitle him to PRE-K in many places)...

I think I'll tell my husband who works with printers to send this poor
old soul a printer so she can work...actually, I think I'll tell him
to bring home a loaner and then quit his job...He can then become a
printing label man and send his 20% to his child...

She needs to do what MY ex did. She claimed the printer (and about 25
ink carts) as an educational expense for the kids and she was awarded
the $$.

Btw, the kids told me they were prohibited from using the printer.

No shyte.

Wait a minute. Isn't the child support the property of the child?
Isn't she only supposed to be an accountant?

CS is owed to the Judgment Creditor which is usually the custodial parent
unless the money is payable to the state Youth Authority or DHR to reimburse
public money benefits.

In my years of paying CS, my children were never named on the Money
Judgment.

Technically, it belongs to the children though. Thatis why adult kids
can sue and collect for arrears in court ordered child support.
