Default TETRA microwave masts

Used by UK police, ambulance, fire possibly

the more you read on Tetra the more you can see there is a covert agenda

I know it would feel wonderful to be an insider on this, to know that you've
helped uncover something truly evil. However, I looked closely at the issue,
did a literature search, will immodestly claim a little knowledge of the
subject, and found so many fundamental misstatements on that website that
the only way to summarize it is: hogwash! Your brain cells are not at any
greater risk from Tetra than they are from Quinta.

Sounds more like the wishful thinking of a pyjama person, they usually can't
read what they can't believe. Now try again on this simple story

If your goal is to trigger indignant reactions, anger, argument - you've
waved this flag in the right place. However, it's likely to deteriorate into
a series of interpersonal attacks that have nothing to do with the issue. As
usual.

Your references require a bit of interpretation.

QUOTE
Campaigners believe that Tetra's pulsed microwave radiation signals at a
frequency of 17.6Hz, a level similar to brain waves, cause calcium to leak
from the brain, damaging the nervous system.

Mass UK Mind Control Technology Now A Reality
UNQUOTE

1. Even the broadest and earliest definition of "microwave" set the lowest
limit at 0.3 centimeters wl, or 1GHz. No microwave signal operates at
17.6Hz, though a microwave carrier could be amplitude-modulated with a
17.6Hz signal, just as it could be modulated with 200Hz (the fundamental of
my speaking voice). Your references suggest that Tetra supports UK's GSM
cellular systems, which operate at 900MHz and 1800MHz (mine is Vodafone) and
emergency services (similar frequency bands - but unlikely to be below
500MHz - article says O2).
2. "Similar to brain waves" is wrong. The system operates at GSM. The
pulsing may be at 17.6Hz, but there is no evidence that the pulsing
(amplitude changes - not frequency changes) excites tissue. Tissue is most
excited at about 2.45GHz, the freq at which a typical counter microwave oven
does its stuff because hydrogen (in water) is resonant there.
3. Putting the Rifat article ("Mass UK Mind Control") on the Tetra list sure
adds enormous credibility to everything else there! Until I saw that, I was
beginning to have doubts (obviously created when the suspicion-stifling
signal leaked from England to New York).

The only data I've seen that found evil and hazard in these antenna threats
always began with the assumption that they must be dangerous because those
antennas look threatening. In fact, some cell antennas and radar antennas
produced symptoms among nearby complaining residents long before the systems
were activated! But since this particular topic is so close to my heart (and
my pacemaker!) both literally and figuratively, I'll do some more checking
around.

Henry, co-conspirator.
We make our money by using "17.6Hz microwaves" to drive calcium from the
brains of unsuspecting passers-by, capturing that calcium and packaging it,
and selling it to the food supplement people.

I just looked at that and saw "centimeters" - obviously it's "meters". Well,
I hadn't had my pre-nap nap yet.

After a brief review of the literature ("more checking around") I suspect
that the major threat posed by Tetra probably derives from England's
earthquakes, which may topple those fragile towers onto unsuspecting
passers-by.

Regarding Expert Opinion... without much effort, I can find a platoon of
PhDs at the fringe of almost any science, willing to support almost any
argument (especially if the drinks are bought by those posing the
hypothesis). It's very difficult, however, to find credible experts who
think it's risky to live under or near electromagnetic radiation sources, or
use cellphones, or fail to don their tinfoil helmets. Interestingly, the
occasional surges in the media - though prompted by INcredible sources and
woefully unsubstantiated publications based upon terrible research design,
have created among some scientists an aura of nonspecific discomfort.

Repeat it loudly enough, often enough...

Henry

John's goal is to spread bull**** as widely as possible throughout the
net.

He is a scientific illiterate. He is also a loon. That means that
any attempt to change his mind won't work (because he's a loon), and
even if it could work, it wouldn't, since he won't understand what you
write (because he's a scientific illiterate -- I think he has to take
his shoes off to count above 10).

Nice try, though.

TETRA Handsets Allegedly Implicated in BOTH Cases

And this reported official confirmation of complaints

A Police Inspector dealing with the situation said:

"They have been seen by their own GPs and have since been referred to

If it is deemed necessary

"I have spoken to a number of officers at North Walsham and tried,

All we can do is carry on with the monitoring."

Only one other? I'm sure there must be many more cases.

I calculate that around 15 police officers a year will get Oesophageal
Cancer if they are typical of the rest of the UK population. The rate of OC
is about 0.12 cases per Million and there were around 136,000 members of the
police force in 2003.

TETRA/Airwave might well be praised for bringing the emergency services
clear speech that cannot be listened into by criminals, and for sending text
messages. Undoubtedly it has brilliant features. Asbestos has good features
too and so have controlled drugs - in the right place! What we are saying is
that the technology to deliver those features is not safe, and other, safer,
systems could deliver exactly the same.
