Parents urge more autism research

Scientists and parents called today for more research into the causes of
autism, which has been overshadowed by the debate over the controversial MMR
vaccine.

A report - Mapping Autism Research - highlights a lack of research into the
causes of the condition and successful interventions and funding for such
studies compared to other countries.
