Pregnancy tea recipes?
I've got my supply of red raspberry leaf, and now some nettle leaf to
go with it. (I understand it's good for iron). I've also heard blackberry leaf tea is good during pregnancy (presumably as a bramble it has similar properties as raspberry leaf). Rose hips are a fairly pleasant to sweeten the tea and add vitamin C content. Has anyone made their own pregnancy teas? Any useful herb I may overlooking?
