Default black coloring inside pump tubes

I noticed there are two patches of black color inside my PIS tubes. Is
this mold? I tried to wash it with water, soap and alcohol but it's
still there. I've stopped using those tubes since I found it. Is there
a way to clear them out or should I just get rid of the tubes and buy
new ones?

thanks.

It's mildew. Try running rubbing alcohol through them, or if it's only
close to the tips, use a pipe cleaner. Then fling the tubes around your
head like a lasso (outside) to get them dry.

Otherwise just get new tubes, they're not expensive. Try to only use dry
flanges when you pump - it's the moisture that causes the mildew.
Alternatively, continue to run the pump for a few minutes after you've
finished, to run air through the tubes and dry them out.

Sounds like mold. I'd drop in rubbing alcohol and then boil them for 20
minutes (discolors the tubes but they're still ok).
