Default Dairy ?: is it possible?

My 11 month old has always shown sensitivities to dairy if I eat
something (by oversight) that has dairy in it. BUT, she ate something
with butter in it yesterday and seems perfectly fine. When I eat it,
she has trouble sleeping, gets a butt rash, and eczema - but nothing
happened when she ate it.

Is this possible? I'm wondering if I am sensitive to dairy and she has
a hard time processing it from me. But that sounds far fetched.
*shrug*

Also, I've heard that dairy sensitivities can just go away, but I'm
wondering if the symptoms just lessen or if it does just go away.

My hypothesis is that she is sensitive to a component
of dairy not found in butter. Dairy sensitivity
includes casein, whey, lactose, and a whole bunch
of stuff.

A lot of children do outgrow sensitivities of
all kinds.
