Mood Swing when Breastfeeding
Does anybody else have a dip in mood when breastfeeding? I usually
have mood swings when I'm breastfeeding. But then, I have them when I'm not breastfeeding, too. I seem to have them more, lately. I don't know if it's the weather (gray and cloudly - I'm susceptible to that, too) or what. But I know they go away, and they do, after I shed a few tears. I believe I'm hormonal, but my hebamme says this goes over the normal post natal baby blues. But if so, how come I usually get back to normal? It's only a temporary thing, usually. It's not like I'm depressed all day. If the baby is crying and I'm close to tears, it subsides when I go out. What gives? Ncrist |
