Pay your CS via credit card

I suppose some who wish to skirt their CS can pay by credit card then
declare bankruptcy to get out of the debt since CS debt is not
dischargable in bankruptcy and credit card debt is.

Yeah, and that's all hinging on weather or not the NCP can actually get
(much less have) a credit card! CSE makes certain that it reports anything
and everything that happens to your arrears to every credit reporting
agency. So, if an NCP has a credit card, they won't have one for long. And
if they don't have one, the NCP can forget about ever getting one.

So the whole "Pay your CS with your credit card" is nothing more than yet
another CSE scam to get whatever cash it can into it's grubby little mitts
and in the process, denigrate NCP's more by ruining what little credit they
may have.

There is another side to this logic that should be considered. If you have
credit cards while married, you simply notify the creditors to remove the CP
from the account. Then she is the one scrambling to get credit established.

And how long will it take before the gov legislates that cs paid by credit
card can't be discharged? They do that kind of stuff all the time.
