Judge orders DCF CT include favorable info CPS omits

You see, as this spate of newspaper articles makes clear, DCF ---CPS in
Connecticut often conveniently OMITS ANY FAVORABLE information about parents or
kin in their zeal to *remove the child.*

This Judge asks that DCF in Connecticut consider the real trauma they inflict
on young children by precipitious, hasty, unneeded removals.

Happens all too often.

Judge found DCF caseworker distorted the facts to build a stronger case for
removing the 4 yo girl from her home.

Judge Lopez charged that DCF Connecticut unnecessarily traumatized the child.
