Default When Apartment Hunting, Insist Upon ROACHES!

When you are apartment or condo hunting, be sure to insist that the
available unit is infested with roaches.

These days, roach infestation - as filthy and disgusting as roaches are
- is much more preferred to the far more unhealthful situation of NO
insects nor spiders... a situation which is growing by leaps and
bounds... a situation which is growing due to ILLEGAL activity in
multiple dwellings!

To find out what I am getting at, read my post entitled: "Denville, NJ
- Valley Stream Condo Revelation," which is included starting...

HE

I'm in building "A" of Valley Stream Condominiums on Savage Road in
Denville, NJ.

I recently expressed a serious concern to the condo association and to
the condos' management company.

Much to my surprise, they essentially blew me off and disavowed any
involvement in the matter telling me that their "hands are tied" and
that if I ever sense any harmful chemical invasion of my unit, then I
should report it to the government!

Well, I don't think that their hands are tied.

They can, at absolute minimum, issue a stern warning which may go
something like this: "Due to the changing social mores in our country
and the ever growing prevalence of illicit drug lab activity, This
Condo Management feels compelled, at this time, to issue the following
policy statement: if anyone is suspected of carrying on illicit drug
lab operations and/or toxic waste dumping on the premises of These
Condominiums, then These Condominiums will fully cooperate with
applicable law enforcement agencies to see that the perpetrators are
prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

The policy statement above can be accompanied by educational material
so that all condo residents can be more enlightened while being on the
lookout for questionable indicators of probable drug lab activity.

Allow me to elaborate...

Illicit drub labs are an environmental nightmare. Illicit drug lab
chemists produce waste that is highly toxic even in small quantities.

If you have any of the following ill health effects which are
uncharacteristic of you and which go unexplained for any other reason,
then you probably have an illicit drug lab in your vicinity:

1. Headaches which can be excruciating
2. Toothaches which can be excruciating
3. Earaches which can be excruciating
4. Perforation of the eardrum (due to strong acidic or alkaline fumes
in the air)
5. Eye redness and burning
6. Discoloration of the lips
7. Irritation of the lips
8. Irritation of the throat
9. Rosacea (redness of the facial skin with visible arteries)
10. Facial welts
11. Cysts
12. Oral lesions
13. Tooth decay (due to strong acidic fumes in the air)
14. Coughing
15. Sensitivity to cold air
16. Congestion of the lungs
17. Inability to breathe seemingly due to a lack of oxygen
18. Burning of the tongue during sleep
19. Sensation as if all of your teeth are falling out
20. Vomiting by humans and pets (or even just acid reflux)
21. Oddball intestinal malaise
22. Gut pain
23. Liver/pancreas pain
24. Colo-rectal/anal pain or intense burning
25. Rectal bleeding
26. Bladder pain
27. Testicular pain
28. Sever constriction of the esophagus
29. Aggravation of joint pain and tendinitis
30. Muscle/ligament/bone pain
31. Extreme muscle cramps
32. Muscle spasms anywhere on the body
33. Extreme eyeball pain
34. Blacken, painful toes
35. Seeping of blood through the skin
36. Chronic fatigue (a symptom of insecticide poisoning)
37. Guillain-Barre syndrome (paralysis of arms due to loss of myelin
sheathing of the nerves due to, again, insecticide poisoning)
38. Neurological sensations such as electrical sensations in the
extremities or spinal "quaking" (insecticide poisoning)
39. Lingering chemical taste in the mouth even while you are
off-premises
40. Chemical odors exuded from various bodily areas
41. Excessive flatulence to expel poisons
42. The need to defecate 3, 4, 5, or even 6 times per day to expel
poisons
43. Yellow feces (indicating a poison-damaged liver)

Long term effects include any and all forms of cancer and even death in
your sleep. (Death may very well be a short term effect as well.)

Furthermore, you should be attentive to:

1. Chemical fumes arising from sink drain openings. These fumes may be
odorless, but, nonetheless, you may still be able to taste them or
otherwise feel them in your mouth, nose, or lungs. One such odorless
fume from drug labs is phosphine gas which is deadly! Right now, what
should be of particular concern is a chemical odor like iodine coming
from the drain; iodine is used by drug lab operators. There can be
other odors as well as strong repelling odorless fumes. Be on the alert
for the odor of propane gas which is commonly used by drug lab
operators. Other possibilities are faint and frequent odors like lye,
lime, or Draino;

2. A conspicuous absence of insects and spiders in your living space
even though you have not exterminated;

3. Mercuric chloride dust (as in "mercury") which has a salty, spicy,
metallic taste and which causes oral lesions, bone cancer, and brain
damage - this, of course, is very detrimental to children;

4. Open windows at the location of the drug lab during cold weather
particularly during the night and particularly if a window fan is in
service; (pay attention to the casing for the wall unit air
conditioner; the air conditioner may be replaced by exhaust fan(s));

5. Fires; explosions;

6. Frequent visits by plumbing personnel to repair drain pipes which
have been breached by the dumping of highly corrosive toxic waste by
the drug lab operator(s);

7. Suspect nocturnal activity (or noises) like excessive water usage or
toilet bowl flushing indicating illegal disposal of toxic waste down
the drain pipes;

8. Strange mechanical noises (most likely nocturnal) which may be due
to a pill press in operation;

9. If the drug lab is more commercial in nature as opposed to a
do-it-yourself operation, you will probably see a stream of visitors
coming and going to/from the drug lab unit;

10. and more.

Note well: the abuse of drain pipes by the dumping of highly corrosive
toxic waste by drug lab operators can get so extreme that large
cast-iron mainline sewerage connector pipes can be breached. This also
holds true for the municipal sewer line under the street. The upshot
will be very expensive repairs to prevent huge sinkholes from
developing - sinkholes large enough to swallow cars! Of course,
virtually never do the drug lab operators end up having to bear any of
the financial burden to effectuate such repairs.

If toxic waste leaks out of breached drain pipes and into the walls of
the building or into the crawl spaces and basements, then this will
necessitate cleanup by professional environmental crews in
spaceman-like suits at very great expense.

DON'T BE FOOLED! While drug labs of the past had a reputation for
emitting strong and foul odors, drug lab operators of today use methods
and ingredients which produce little or no odors, so be alert and be on
the lookout for telltale signs of criminal activity, which, by media
accounts, is growing by leaps and bounds every year.

And if you believe that you have a drug lab in your building, don't be
surprised if you have *two* or *three* drug labs in your building!

For further information, please refer to the plethora of applicable
websites on the Internet as referenced by Google searches on
appropriate keywords such as:
clandestine drug lab
meth lab
methamphetamine
crack lab
date rape drug lab
ecstasy drug lab
mercuric chloride
phosphine gas
phosphene gas
red phosphorous
red phosphorus
etc.

P.M.
