Default Others know about "The Line" and "The Question."

My question, brought up last year, and never answered adequately to
date, was not a brilliant or new concept.

People who work with children both in a therapeutic setting and child
protection as well as law enforcement know how very often this line and
the question about it go unanswered, or even unasked, and a child
suffers for it.
