Default Self-hypnosis for morning sickness?

OK, I may not actually be pregnant yet (12dpo, but I feel very
positive..sore breasts, nausea, etc.) but I was thinking about trying
self-hypnosis tapes for morning sickness when needed and wanted to know if
anyone has tried them and if so, which ones are best/worst? I figure that
it's one of those things I may want on hand, not order after I need it and
then wait 2-3 weeks for delivery! My preference would be a package type of
deal for morning sickness and then childbirth, pref on CD. Books just don't
work for me because I need that other person's voice walking me through it.
Any suggestions what to get and what to avoid?

thanks,
Amy

I just took ginger capsules. I used to work in a dive shop and we used it
all the time for seasickness. Works like a charm.
