Default feeling stressed

this week I've had to dump around 24oz of ebm which had been wrongly
stored. I now have 1 bag in the freezer, which may or may not be ok and
enough for today and maybe tomorrow in the fridge. Problem is I have one
of those weekends that doesn't occur very often, I'll be away from ds and
in a situation where I'll be unable to pump both Saturday afternoon and
Sunday morning. It looks like I'll be spending all my free moments
pumping.

I know that stress can lower your milk production, so I am trying to
breath deeply, drink water, eat well etc.

It looks like I have 7 very busy weeks ahead of me, I'm trying to look at
it as only 7 weeks and that we can get through it and keep ds of formula.

(((Anne))) Keep taking those deep breaths! I'm very stressed out myself at
the moment so you have both my sympathy and my empathy!
