where to find free stock photos?
From: "Mark F"
Date: 2/4/2003 10:09 A From: "Mark F" I'm working on a website for a family rights organization. Does anyone have any free stock photos of a family oriented theme. I'm looking for something like an upclose shot fo a child's face or just maybe an eye., or something similar. Anything would be considered as long as it is free. We are a non-profit organization and don't have the funds to pay for stock photos. I realize this is an old post to this group, but I thought others in the group might still be having the same frustrations in finding free stock photos for their non-profit oganization. I've donated family-related images for many worthwile organizations over the years. It's not only a way to give back to the community, but it helps promote our library of 150,000 professional images as well. My only restriction is that your organization be truly worthwhile and non-profit. Royce Free Stock Photos for non-profit Web use: http://www.tssphoto.com/freestockphotos/freephotos.html |

Nice try, but the photos on that site are not free - while they may be royalty free, you have to pay per image for them.
Can we say spam? "Griz" wrote in message ups.com... From: "Mark F" Date: 2/4/2003 10:09 A From: "Mark F" I'm working on a website for a family rights organization. Some of you may remember the best-selling book a few years back called, "The Christmas Box," by Richard Paul Evans. Richard made so much money off the sale of that book that he started an organization called, "The Christmas Box House." It's a lot like the Ronald McDonald House, but with a different twist that's more oriented towards helping children. Anyway, Richard was my neighbor, here in Salt Lake City, and I became involved in helping him promote the Chrismas Box House by donating the use of some of our stock photos - that's how I got started. Anyway the use of our Rights-managed and Royalty-free stock photos (we have both kinds) is really free if you go through the steps on the Web page listed below, and your organization is truly non-profit: Royce Free Stock Photos for non-profit Web use: http://www.tssphoto.com/freestockphotos/freephotos.html |
