Hanging from a chinning bar Use the monkey bars at the park or hang a chinning bar from a doorway in your house Pillow crashing Pile pillows, beanbag chairs, cushions, downy comfortors in a corner and let your child jump, dive, roll, stretch and burrow in them You can make a crash cushion by stuffing large foam scraps into a comforter cover or two sheets sewn together to make large bag.
